When should I pack my hospital bag? +
Aim to have it packed and by the door by around week 36. Babies often keep their own schedule, so being ready early means one less thing to worry about.
What should I not forget in my hospital bag? +
The most commonly forgotten essentials are photo ID and your health/insurance card, a long phone charging cable, a going-home outfit for you and baby, and — crucially — a properly installed infant car seat, which most hospitals require before you can leave.
