Pregnancy Calendar

Enter your due date (or the first day of your last period) and we’ll map out the key moments of your pregnancy — typical scan and test windows, the end of each trimester, when to pack your hospital bag, and your due date. Add the whole timeline to your own calendar in one tap, or save any single date.

General planning estimates only, not medical advice. Scan and test timing varies by country, provider and pregnancy — always follow the schedule your healthcare provider gives you.

How it works

Pregnancy is dated from the first day of your last period (LMP), and we count the milestones forward from there across the 40-week term. If you only know your due date, we work backwards to the LMP first, then place each milestone — so either starting point gives you the same timeline.

The scan and test windows shown (dating scan, NT screening, anatomy scan, glucose test, GBS swab and so on) are the typical ranges used in many places, but exact timing and which tests are offered vary by country, provider and pregnancy. Use the calendar as a friendly planner and always follow the schedule your own provider gives you.

Tap “Download .ics” to add every milestone to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook at once, or tap any single date to add just that one. Everything is built in your browser — none of your dates are uploaded or stored anywhere.

Frequently asked questions

What dates does the calendar include? +

It includes the typical windows for your dating scan, first-trimester (NT) screening, the end of the first trimester, the anatomy scan, the glucose screening, the whooping-cough (Tdap) vaccine window, the start of the third trimester, the GBS swab, a reminder to pack your hospital bag, the start of full term, and your due date.

Are these appointment dates exact? +

No. They’re typical ranges, placed at a representative point so you can plan ahead. The exact week each scan or test happens — and which are offered at all — depends on your country, your provider and your individual pregnancy. Your own appointment schedule always takes priority.

How do I add it to my calendar? +

Tap “Download .ics” to download a calendar file, then open it — Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook all import it and let you choose which calendar to add it to. To add just one date, tap that date to open Google Calendar with it pre-filled.

Is my information private? +

Yes. The calendar is generated entirely on your device. Your due date and the dates we calculate are never sent to us or stored anywhere — that’s why there’s no sign-up.
