Pregnancy Week Tracker

See exactly how many weeks and days pregnant you are, which trimester you’re in, and what’s happening with your baby this week.

Share

Weeks are counted from the first day of your last period. Sizes are approximate. Your provider’s dating scan is the most accurate reference.

How it works

Each week brings new development, from a first heartbeat to tiny kicks you can feel. This tracker shows your progress through the 40-week journey along with a friendly note about what’s typically happening at your stage.

Frequently asked questions

How many weeks pregnant am I? +

Pregnancy is counted in weeks from the first day of your last period. Enter that date (or your due date) and we’ll show your current week and day, plus your trimester.

When does each trimester start? +

The first trimester is weeks 1–13, the second is weeks 14–27, and the third is weeks 28 until birth. Most pregnancies last about 40 weeks.

Why does the tracker count from my last period? +

Conventionally, pregnancy weeks are measured from the first day of your last menstrual period — about two weeks before conception actually occurs. This is the standard your provider uses too.
